James is a native of Oklahoma, graduating with a construction
management degree from Oklahoma State University in 1990. He
began his professional career working in Texas for Manhattan
Construction, a top 50 builder, and he also had a leadership role for
Haskell, a top 100 integrated design-build firm.
His experience includes leading multiple business units in addition to
President and part owner of National Commercial Builders. Projects
under his leadership include several large, high profile, and technically
complex projects. He has a broad range of market sector exposure
including Healthcare, Senior Living, Higher Education, Laboratory,
Aviation, Religious, Office, Parking, Retail, Movie Theater, Family
Entertainment, and Multi-Family Housing.
